Rebecca Greene

I have a true passion for helping people in our community. This program is a financial education concept that matches Central Bank’s community banking philosophy. If the individuals and businesses in our community are doing well
then, our bank will do well. We also want to make sure that this service was available to everyone, not just Central Bank customers. Money can sometimes be intimidating, and everyone should know how to handle financial challenges,
no matter where they are in their financial journey, with no judgment.

Sarah Moreau, assistant vice president, community outreach officer and director of ProsperU is a nationally-certified credit counselor (NACCC) with over 17 years of banking experience. Sarah helps clients attain financial freedom with budgeting support, credit assistance, and debt management expertise.

Tracy Rainge

Tracy brings passion for community into her role as Director of PropserU with Central Bank of the Midwest. Tracy has worked in the financial services industry for 20 plus years and is a certified financial credit counselor. Tracy graduated from Mid-America Nazarene University with a bachelor’s degree in management and HR. She also earned two advanced mutual funds industry certifications during her 8-year tenure working in the mutual funds industry.

Tracy is dedicated to serving the community as she is the Immediate-Past President and board advisor of Urban Financial Services Coalition of Greater Kansas City.
