Rebecca Greene

I have a true passion for helping people in our community. This program is a financial education concept that matches Central Bank’s community banking philosophy. If the individuals and businesses in our community are doing well then, our bank will do well. We also want to make sure that this service was available to everyone, not just Central Bank customers. Money can sometimes be intimidating, and everyone should know how to handle financial challenges, no matter where they are in their financial journey, with no judgment.

Sarah Moreau, assistant vice president, community outreach officer and director of ProsperU is a nationally-certified credit counselor (NACCC) with over 17 years of banking experience. Sarah helps clients attain financial freedom with budgeting support, credit assistance, and debt management expertise.

Tracy brings a passion for community into her role as Community Engagement and ProsperU Manager. Tracy also contributes to the community through her current role as President of Urban Financial Services Coalition of Greater Kansas City, a non-profit organization that focuses on financial empowerment.

Tracy was born in Kansas City, Missouri and graduated from Mid-America Nazarene University with a degree in Management and HR. Tracy has 20 plus years of experience working in the financial services industry and looks forward to empowering your financial success!
